We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the Republic of Ireland. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are normally dispatched the same day from our facility in Dublin. We ship via An Post, and our kits are designed to fit through a standard letterbox where possible.
For deliveries to other EU member states, delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times to EU destinations typically range from 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal service disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping the order or issuing a refund.

If you are dissatisfied with any kit for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement kit, offering growing advice, or providing store credit.
